Two charged with child abuse against 3-year-old
Officials say one little girl’s misery has led to a real eye-opener. A three-year-old was badly beaten and one of the two people charged told police the child is “a brat.” Unfortunately, there has been a huge increase in child abuse reports in Collier County.
